How Do I Become a Choices For Children Child Care Provider?

You must be selected by a parent on our subsidized child care program to provide child care to his/her children. Because that parent has qualified for a child care subsidy that will cover part or all of his/her child care costs, we can reimburse you for the care for which that parent is eligible.

The chosen provider is required to meet and provide documentation which meets state regulation requirements.

What Types Of Child Care Providers Are Eligible For Reimbursement?

Choices For Children Alternative Payment program can reimburse child care in licensed centers, licensed family child care homes, licensed exempt centers, and licensed exempt child care providers.

Let us know if you are interested.

If you have the capacity to take more children, please let us know by emailing us at

Please Include: Name, address, telephone number, age group, and available child care slots so we can contact you to get the information we need to create your provider referral profile.
